Order processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Courier and delivery time

We deliver via Econt and Speedy couriers — to your address or to a courier office, at your choice. Standard delivery takes 2 – 5 working days from order confirmation. For bulky products (furniture, strollers) delivery may take up to 7 working days — in that case we will contact you in advance.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over €50.
• For orders under €50, shipping costs €4.90.

Receiving and inspecting your parcel

Please inspect the parcel in the courier's presence. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, ask the courier to draw up a damage report and contact us at contact@nidobaby.net within 48 hours, attaching photos. We will replace the product or refund you at our expense.

We currently deliver only within the Republic of Bulgaria.
