Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Select your products, add them to the cart and complete checkout by entering your delivery details. You will receive an email confirmation right away.
How can I pay?
We accept debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — as well as express methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. EngiBox EOOD is a VAT-registered company. Email us at contact@nidobaby.net with your billing details after your order and we will issue an invoice.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €6.90.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2 – 5 working days via Econt or Speedy — you choose the courier at checkout, with delivery to your address or a courier office. For bulky products (furniture, strollers) — up to 7 working days.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes — you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Full terms are on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos — we will replace the product or refund you.

Yes. We offer only original products from established European brands, supplied through official distributors for Bulgaria.
