14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• unused and in good commercial condition;
• in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories;
• accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Exceptions: for hygiene and health protection reasons, unsealed products such as pacifiers, teats, feeding bottles and cosmetics cannot be returned, except in case of a factory defect.

How to return a product

1. Email us at contact@nidobaby.net with your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return and send you the return address.
3. Ship the product with a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we refund the full amount paid (including standard shipping, if paid) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.

Defective or damaged goods

If you receive a product with a factory defect or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos. After we review and confirm the claim, we will replace the product or refund the amount paid, including your costs for returning the product.
