General provisions

These terms govern the relationship between EngiBox EOOD (the "Merchant") and the users of the nidobaby.net online store. By placing an order, the user declares that they have read and accept these terms.

Orders

An order is placed by selecting products, adding them to the cart and completing checkout. After a successful order the user receives an email confirmation. The sales contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Merchant.

Prices and payment

All prices on the site are in euro (€) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made via the methods available at checkout. The Merchant reserves the right to correct obvious technical errors in prices; in such cases the customer is notified before dispatch and has the right to cancel the order.

Limitation of liability

Product images and descriptions are for information purposes. Minor differences in appearance, colors or packaging originating from the manufacturer are possible.

The Merchant processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Disputes and applicable law

Bulgarian law applies to matters not covered by these terms. Consumers may file complaints with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection — kzp.bg, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Amendments

The Merchant reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page.
